The L V Prasad Eye Hospital is built on a 1.5-acre site with a built-up area of 14,500sqft, developed at a cost of ₹3.70 crores for the L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad. This not-for-profit facility was established with financial assistance from Hetero Drugs, Hyderabad, as part of their corporate social responsibility initiative.
The project involved the careful planning and construction of a purpose-built healthcare facility designed to meet the operational demands of a leading eye care institution. Emphasis was placed on spatial efficiency, accessibility, and durability to support high-volume, patient-focused care.
